We loved the location within the historic city walls and the hotel's historical charm as a 700 year old former monastery, which added to the unique nature of our stay here. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful in giving us travel tips and arranging tours for us. The room amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe made our stay here comfortable and convenient.

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to everything in the city. The staff were helpful and provided good restaurant recommendations. The hotel had a lot of character and was in a former convent. The bed was comfortable and the room had a big balcony with a view. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot and cold dishes. a lovely experience.
I felt very well taken care of, nothing was too much trouble.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, very close to most Siena attractions, so I was able to easily explore the city on foot. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the beautiful entrance which was adorned with plants and gave a peaceful and cute atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with useful information and tips.
